These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 98 Ticker (the "Service"), operated by LoveLee Media Group, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
In plain terms: 98 Ticker shows you eBay listing prices to help you track the comic market. We're not a grading company, not a marketplace, not a financial advisor — just a research tool. Use good judgment before buying or selling based on anything you see here.
98 Ticker is a market-research tool that aggregates and displays publicly available Buy-It-Now listing data for CGC 9.8 graded comic books, retrieved via eBay's official Browse API. We filter and match listings using automated title analysis. The Service does not process payments, host listings, or facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers — all purchases happen directly on eBay, subject to eBay's own terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@98ticker.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
98 Ticker offers Free, Collector, Pro, and Dealer tiers with different feature limits, described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe until cancelled. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Pricing data displayed by 98 Ticker is sourced from eBay listings via automated matching. This process is not perfect and may occasionally include mismatched listings or exclude legitimate ones. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always independently verify any listing before making a purchase or valuation decision. See our full Disclaimer for more detail.
Nothing displayed by 98 Ticker — including floor prices, price history, or portfolio valuations — constitutes financial, investment, or appraisal advice. Comic book values are speculative and can decline. You are solely responsible for your own buying, selling, and collecting decisions.
98 Ticker's software, design, and original content are owned by LoveLee Media Group, LLC. Comic book titles, publisher names, character names, and cover artwork referenced in the Service are trademarks and/or copyrights of their respective owners. 98 Ticker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any comic book publisher, grading company, or marketplace platform referenced in the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveLee Media Group, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from purchase or sale decisions made using data from the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@98ticker.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
